We had purchased a new home that would not be available for 6-8 months, we planned to sell our Siena house and rent back until our new home was available. All sounded good unfortunately the economy took a decline, interest rates rose, sales slowed, home prices went down. Showings of our home slowed, and possible sales stopped, we even had a sale fall out of escrow. Through all this Mary showed resiliency and assured us everything would work out and it did! Mary put her expertise to work, found a potential buyer, and working with the Buyers lender  was able create a special financing package that worked for both the buyer and us and were able to move into our new home as promised. We would use Mary and John again for our real estate needs and hopefully will remain friends for a long time.

Bill Henrichs Las Vegas, NV. - April 9, 2021 I want to thank Mary and also John for the great job of selling my house. This was a 2nd home that I bought with Mary’s help in 2008 and she did such a great job then, that I used her for selling the home in 2021. During Covid and with me out of state, I never had to go to Vegas for anything. With everything from advising me to use Mayflower for the long-distance move (they were awesome) to completing the sale, it was so easy and stress free for me. John was so good about taking care of all the necessary updates, fixer uppers, and even got my golf cart sold. I really appreciated not having to do that stuff.
