The August 2020 Issue of the Las Vegas Valley Real Estate Update is on the Street!
In this Issue, I’m focusing on what a Great Time it is to Buy a Home. Whether or not you Buy or Sell from me is beside the point and my point is this... “There has never been a better time to buy or sell a home in my lifetime and I’m 60-ish years old.”
Interest Rates are the lowest I’ve ever seen. This market is perfect for the first-time homebuyer as well as homebuyers that want to move up into a larger home.
As an example: My favorite day to hold Open Houses is the day after Thanksgiving. Most people are off work and still walking off the turkey dinner. I’ll usually hold it open in one of my larger listings and they walk in shell shocked that the home, they’re living in has become much too small to have family for the Holidays and they need something bigger.
As I continue to work with Buyers from New York, California, Arizona & my home state of Minnesota, August is the perfect time to move in or move up in time for the Holidays.
