Here's My Take On It!

You Know! I don't have the answer to that question.... I'm not in that business and I wouldn't want to give any advice on a very unstable process that's just too risky.

But I do know this! If you sit down for a moment with your friends or family who have recently bought or sold a home, you will hear about about the mountains of legal paperwork and title work involved in a real estate transaction.

In this era of frivolous lawsuits and ever-changing misrepresentations by people who want con others, I think it's important that you have a Real Estate expert looking out for your best interests.
